Conex Constructions is the trading name of Conex Australia Pty Ltd. We have been building across Sydney Metro since 2011 — duplexes, multi-dwellings, new homes, townhouses, villas, granny flats, additions and extensions, plus commercial and mixed-use work through our structural engineering arm.
What makes that possible is that the disciplines sit together. Licensed builders, architects, structural engineers and designers work on the same drawings, in the same office, on the same programme — so the set that goes to council is the set that gets built, and the price you are quoted is the price the trades work to.
